Trauma & Grief Therapy in Colorado

Helping clients heal from trauma and grief so they can rebuild meaningful, fulfilling lives.

You Don't Have to Carry This Alone

Perhaps life looks normal on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed by loss, weighed down by past experiences, or exhausted from carrying it all on your own. Grief and trauma can make it difficult to feel connected to yourself, others, and life as you once knew it.

Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating the impact of a traumatic experience, or struggling through a major life transition, therapy can provide a space to feel seen, supported, and understood.

Healing Happens at Your Own Pace

I help adults throughout Colorado navigate grief, trauma, and life transitions with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. Together, we can create space for your pain while helping you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing.

You don't have to face it alone. Healing takes time, and you deserve support along the way.

A Gentle, Integrative Approach

My approach integrates traditional talk therapy with EMDR and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), recognizing that grief and trauma affect both the mind and body. Rather than focusing on "getting over" what you've been through, our work centers on helping you process your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful again.

As both a therapist and someone who has experienced profound loss, I understand how isolating and overwhelming these experiences can feel. While every journey is unique, I know the importance of having support when life no longer feels familiar.

What You Can Expect

Therapy is not about fixing you—because you are not broken.

It is about creating a safe space to explore your experiences, understand your patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost beneath the weight of grief or trauma.

Over time, many clients find themselves feeling more grounded, more connected, and more hopeful about the future.

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
